  1. Just wondering when I can eat the pork rinds. I am 3 weeks out. I know that I probably cannot eat them yet. Just wondering when?
  2. Now i am doing great. But one week out i decided i didn't need to follow the diet. Boy was I wrong! ended up in the hospital because of a piece of bread. I am faithful with the diet now but it is hard sometimes. I go back to work tomorrow. That will be hard for me too. How about you. How have you been doing?
