  3. Water or other liquids. broth,Soups,Jello,popsicles, green tea ..."at least 64 oz" Last resort get dulcolax or whatever works for you. But get that water in you or you'll have setbacks.   4. Try sugar free popsicles, Jello. They count towards liquid intake. Soup, broth, sugar free pudding even adds towards liquid intake. Week out you should be have those anyway Sent from my XT907 using the BariatricPal App
