    I started my fast January 1 of 2016 at a weight of 210 I lost 20 pounds before my surgery on January 12, 2016 I lost the majority of my weight the first three months after surgery I hit my goal weight of 130 in May I followed the doctors orders and nutritional plan daily I am 55 years old......
