The Statistics are not in our favor? (According to my worried Dad)
But you're only 10 weeks and not single thing wrong YET! By week 16 you'll have polio, gout, and a touch of bird flu. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

Single and a bit frustrated/anxious
Well, I'm new here, and this was my first post. So I guess I'm discovering that it is apparently not. i've been lurking the guys room looking for the male perspective on weight loss surgery for a few years and believe me...NEVER

Cheating..No, not with food!
- Do male loose weight faster than female?
Lucky the woman in your life..... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App salute sir- Do male loose weight faster than female?
i've lost 80 pounds since surgery day june 21st op i've been doing the starting bodyweight program instead of lifting weights personally...i think that helped me out a lot- Single and a bit frustrated/anxious
lol has the male forum ever been the male forum?- How to break the habit of eating and drinking
It's kind of painful for me personally...the habit kind of forces your hand if it's hard to do Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- African American Sleevers
It is frustrating ...I took pride in my facial routine lol It comes with the territory I see though Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- African American Sleevers
@@OutsideMatchInside Wow that's crazy...I haven't felt much any hormone changes but my face is showing it Is this something that's going to last throughout the weight loss process or does the body catches up eventually? Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- African American Sleevers
my face has been breaking out like crazy..i never had an issue with acne but have i struggled with shaving bumps in my younger days but figured out how to put all that behind me and recently i noticed bumps on the left side of my face only specifically i stopped shaving for a week and only use a facial washing product...i'm starting to chalk it up to sleeve lol...i'm two and a half months out has anyone else experienced this?- What are you eating 3 weeks post op?
at 3 weeks out i was just starting puree 2 weeks pre-op i was on a full liquid diet and post-op i had to stay on the diet for 2 more weeks...it sucked Thursday i started solid foods but i've noticed myself not wanting to be adventurist and actually do it..i've been reluctant to give up the purees for whatever reason- Hello... WLS journey starting at 31 after 95% heart blockage
you've made a wise decision to take the journey bro..like you i started looking into surgery and stopped at one point..it took awhile to push myself to actually do it getting the ball rolling is the hardest part but once you do the process moves pretty fast- Things you wish you'd known.
I've read many people say the pain after surgery was minimal and how they cartwheeled out of the hospital..nah..you're in pain Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- My work here is done
Good suggestion. I remember a thread in which vets complained about newbies being "so overly sensitive". Some vets seem to be quite sensitive and easily offended, too, as I have noticed during the last weeks. It went from "tough love" to a dog pile Bacon is overrated anyway Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- When can I eat potatoes, pasta, etc.,?
My plan doesn't include Pasta at all Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- Starting to research the process
It's very normal to be indecisive about having a major surgery. It took me two years to make my decision. I've read the boards for a long time and decided to just go to a seminar since they are free and after that a consultation. I was convinced before that but actually starting the process clinched it. Two months later I was having surgery and two weeks later I'm making this post. Think about the long game. You're fortunate enough to not have any medical issues but being overweight increases the chances of them. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- My work here is done
why leave because of the comments made by a few?- How long did it take from your first consultation until surgery day?
Consult was April 19 surgery was June 21st I took the later date..the first date offered was June 7th Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- When will I stop regretting this surgery?

@@OutsideMatchInside that sounds exactly right..it's been hard getting in calories because I'm on the clear liquid diet..broth and Popsicles have nothing..I'm on the diet for another week Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- African American Sleevers
I'm a week out and all of a sudden feeling dizzy this morning..I walked for the first time last night and felt good doing but after started feeling somewhat dizzy..is that normal? Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App- *MALE ONLY* How long did it take you to get your approval from insurance?
Thanks. Blue cross blue shield. They longer require the diet supervision so I got lucky there. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App Thanks. Blue cross blue shield. They longer require the diet supervision so I got lucky there. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App It must be different because one of the first questions my surgeons office had me ask my insurance company was about the 90 day diet and they said that it was not required Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App - Do male loose weight faster than female?
