  1. In Sacramento. My surgeon was Dr. Eslami at Methodist Hospital. He is wonderful.
  2. I'm just at 5 weeks post-op. I stalled for a bit. I haven't been meeting my Fluid or Protein goals for a couple of days, but I've dropped 4 pounds. Trying to do better. Adding more exercise as well...

  4. I also have PCOS, with most of the symptoms other than acne and mood swings. I've had a hard time since surgery. It's been going on 5 weeks, and I've only lost 12 pounds. I lost 22 pounds on pre-op diet.
  5. I think I'm going overboard on the carbs. It may definitely be a factor. Stepped on the treadmill for 20 minutes today. May do this every lunch time. Hope it helps.
  6. I'm having a hard time getting in all my fluids. I think I'm in the stall. I'm only dropping like a pound a week. It's frustrating. I was sleeved 7/13.
  7. I had similar questions. My surgery was on July 13th and I just feel like I'm doing something wrong.
  8. 7/13 for me. I am sore where the stitch in my stomach is. But overall, okay. Still having issues with Fluid intake, but I do well with my Protein.
  9. Chike and Click also make coffee that has 20 grams of protein.
  10. My surgery was also on 7/13/16. I've lost 7 pounds from that day. I guess we're on track?
  11. I have a desk job, too. It's been fine. Just using my timer to drink and eat.
  12. Hi there. Had my surgery on 7/13. It was painful, but I was up and feeling better that evening. Unfortunately, Aunt Flo came to pay a visit during the surgery. The hardest for me is still getting in all my fluids and protein. I've been off pain meds since I left the hospital, and am back at work today for the first time.
