Hello, I am fairly new to the forums. My surgery is scheduled for Feb 29th and I am very Excited! I start my pre-op diet tomorrow, so have Protein shakes ready to go, but am looking for some advice on what to have on hand after surgery. What products do you all recommend to make things easier?
