So I'm in day 3 of my pre op diet. I just had a dream about me eating food [emoji37][emoji23]

Try high protein Ensure or the muscle milk light. They are both over 15g of protein, less then 5g of sugar, and less then 200 calories. You might like them better. The muscle milk has a ton of protein (20g) but doesn't taste as good as the ensure.

I'm not nervous yet. I'll get nervous the morning of, on my way to the hospital. It won't set in until then. What kind are you drinking

The evening is the worst time for me. What vitamins are you all taking?

Today is my second day of the pre op diet. At night was the hardest for me. I think I'll end up moody too. Little worried about that [emoji37]

Hey all. I've never posted on here before but I've been reading since February. I've been approved and my sleeve surgery is scheduled for 10/6. Anyone else out there scheduled for similar date? Im 34/M, 5'10,281 lbs. I live in Maryland and having my surgery at Washington hospital center. It'll be cool to meet someone who has the same/similar date.

I know Washington hospital center has them the first Saturday of each month in DC. Idk if that's just for their patients though.

I'm with Washington hospital center. My psych is next month. I can't wait until September.
