Had mine done this last Thursday and did pretty ok. The biggest prob I had is severe constipation, after taking Dulcolax I had movement last night. Still can't get a rhythm with liquids, gonna try more water and Premier Protein.

My surgery is 2/25 cw is 221 goal weight by surgery is 210. Going to gym now 3 hrs per week till surgery

I just got approved as well. My surgery is slated for February 25th. Today I weigh 220 pounds. Not sure what to expect but am grateful for the support of this site.
