  3. 1.So of course my biggest fear is not waking up from anesthesia. 2. Not going through with the surgery and letting my fear take over and regret it later! 3. My issuance not approving for some odd reason (Humana) 4. Not being able block out other people and do what is best for me..... Now with all that being said I wish I would never have told anyone! I hate when I tell someone all of s sudden people are like ohhhh I had a friend that died from that surgery!!! WTF I have a friend that told me that and then ask the details to her friend she got lap band I was like I'm getting a sleeve which surgery is surgery but I just feel like personally the sleeve is a better!!! Ok sorry for ranting but I can't talk about these issues with no one else!! No one understands! I want this surgery sooooo bad but when I say I have really bad a anxiety attacks I haven't even done my upper gi check yet because I'm so scared! Once I do that my surgeon will submit!!! I need prayers please BlessedBeyondMeassure
  4. Humana has different plans that cover this surgery they have one where I am in GA and it's the national pos open access plan the other is Humana Hmox plan! I was in the open access plan but there wasn't a big difference except I didn't have to have a referred to see a specialist , which means I could go without a pcp referring me, however this plan was almost 350.00 a month and I had a 3,500 max deductible that had to be met!!! VS the plan I have now is the Humana hmox and I have a 750 out of pocket max I have to have a referral to see anyone outside of my pcp but all the qualifications was the same!!!! My insurance I pay a month with this plan is 150 and too me it's better!!!! If I was anyone I would call around and ask questions I even called Humana and asked to speak to someone in there bariatrics department to see what all I needed and to see if I met the qualifications!!!! 7. This is what her post stated:::: I have so many emotions going through my head right now, Kiaser hospital called me today and told me my surgery is Monday at 10:20am and I am so excited and yet so scared. I just can't stop thinking about the two ladies in support group that recently went through surgery, one is in ICU now fighting for her life one day after surgery for an infection and the other just passed away yesterday two days after surgery, I have shed many tears. I just want to also add that my deepest sympathy and condolences to the young lady that past as well it's hard to hear she lost her life and trying to change it for the better!!!????
  8. So I was reading someone's status and came across this...... She said she had two ladies in her group have complications one is fighting for her life now and the other young lady us two kids and was a young mom!!!! Sometimes I don't know if being in the group is helping me or making my anxiety worse! My biggest fear is not waking from anesthesia and then I read that status and the fear comes back all over again!!! True enough I don't know the reason why the young lady passed after she came home and had been there for two days however it's still the thought that you kl just don't know!!!!!![emoji20][emoji20][emoji20][emoji20][emoji20][emoji20]
