  3. My surgery was a breeze. These first 3 months were a breeze. Of course there were ups and downs, WAY more ups, but I am extremely pleased with my journey. I'm down 57lbs in 3 months.   5. I have 4 kids (4,8,10,12) and they were amazing. I have no one to help me either. My husband drives trains so is out of town alot. It was a breeze for me. My 4 yr old is all over the place and can be kinda rough. But as soon as I walked in the door after surgery I showed them my "boo boos" and my 4 yr old was always easy with me. Always wanted to see them and kiss them. Kids adapt so well. You will do great. Im 3 months post op today and my kids now have to keep up with me Good luck on this beautiful journey.   8. I am not lactose intolerant but i am on Clear liquids. My surgery was 5 days ago. I found after surgery I couldn't stomach the Isopure. It made me gag. So I looked for another option and found a non flavored protien powder at Walmart for 20$. I mix that with Water and crystal light. Hope this helps. Sent from my SM-G925P using BariatricPal

  10. I am a side sleeper to. I have found that if you put a pillow kinda under ur belly on the side ur laying on, it REALLY REALLY helps. I'm having the same issue. Lmk if it helps. Good luck Sent from my SM-G925P using BariatricPal
