  1. Yes that bio oil is great. And my boobs are just about pancakes , lol. I lose in my boobs first also n then my butt went away n I had a nice one too, lol. Oh well. I pray for your success as well. U will do great. The firming lotion has also been a lifesaver for my thighs n butt.
  2. Why thank you so much. I'm glad I could inspire others.
  3. Lol, its mindbloeing to see myself this small.
  4. Thank you.. stay encouraged and keep pushing.
  5. Hi ... I waited until about 2 months before I started doing exercises. I did cardio 4 times week on my elliptical mostly n that really boosted the fat loss. I'm starting strength training now but I did nothing really to my stomach until maybe my 3rd or 4 th month then I started crunches n planks n then my son gave me a workout guide for abs about a month or so ago n I started it as well.
  6. I was stuck for a while in 190's but I increased protein intake and hit cardio kind of hard. So my body started to shrink and numbers moved slowly. So, I learned to focus on results I can see. I can't see 3 lbs that I've lost but I can see the inches off my waist and arms n thighs and that my clothes were becoming huge. The scale is a monster sometimes don't let it be your focus. Follow your diet, when u are cleared to exercise do it with a purpose. 150 will come. I didn't even think I would see 170, lol but it had come n gone. Stay focused n work hard. You will be so proud of the end result physically and mentally.
  7. Thank you and anytime I can help with anything let me know!
  8. Thank you! I struggle with that daily but lately I haven't had the sport for anything much less sweets.
  9. Yeeesss and don't let that divorce make you fall off with your diet. I am an emotional eater but Timmy surprise I didn't even want to indulge in the bad stuff. Stay focused n I'm praying for both of our strength during this matter.
  10. Aww thank you. I had that what did I do moment when I started being reintroduced to more solid food because I couldn't keep it down but that eventually passed. You will do great , work that sleeve and make it do what it do. I was determined to kick butt with this and so far I am pleased with my progress. God is good.
  11. Yes, please do and thank you.
  12. Thank you so much. My starting BMI was like 34.6 I think so I was a lower BMI too. But I started out my journey at BMI of 39.3. Day of surgery I was 34.6 or so. I love you guys on here, you always make me smile.
  13. Yes girl u can do this and thank you.
  14. Thank you so much. You have been around since day 1 for me n thanks so much. I wanted to kick butt with this sleeve and now that I'm divorcing I'm even more motivated to tone up because I'm only 9 lbs from my goal.
  15. Omg, you made me blush!!! I'm honored to be a motivation for you. I used bio oil for my scars and I use Nivea skin firming lotion or the gel religiously. It has helped a lot with my skins elasticity. I still have work to do on my belly n my thighs but I'm wanting to strength train now and tone up a little before my boob job in Dec.
  16. Aww thank you. I feel so much prettier now, lol. I am doing so much better with my health issues as well. I'm going thru a divorce n it helps that I can look at myself n be like girl u got it going on, his loss.
