Thank you very much for your comment, I have no excess skin, I go to the gym, eat right, and focus to do the best I can, promptly when your doctor release you to light weight, hit the gym trust me, you're going to look great.   11. I think the iron is contispate in me omg. I don't know if I'm going to take it anymore. This is hard. It's been a week without go! :-(
  12. Omg, I don't know how to take 70g of protein a day, and 64 onz of liquid plus purée foods. I'm so lost. It's to Much for my sleeve. I need help I stared to feel very tired [emoji30][emoji20][emoji20][emoji20]
  13. I can't tolerate protein shake it's so heavy feeling nauseous, when eating protein shake, now the water is good but anybody nows other way to substitute protein shake in a early stage of the sleeve. I'm 3 days post op!

  16. I do not have much of an appetite after surgery this is normal? as I get to drink protein I can not drink up an onz, how long I have to wait to drink another onz? And water omg is a lot. [emoji20][emoji20][emoji20]
  17. Thank you very much the hard thing is that you have hungry and you need to drink your protein :-(
  18. My surgery went well, today I'm feeling better, I just only drink 1/2 onz every 20 minutes.
  19. Me too! I made it. I'm in the other side already. I have a lot pain right now, but is worth it.
