  1. Loose Skin Worrier This is a very real concern and once Weightloss has begun loose skin can cause pain. From what I know, research and my support group, the best cute for that is to remain active and exercise is you can. Exercise will help you tighten and firm up. Many individuals I know who are going through this say they wished they had started exercising. Follow your doctors orders and do what you can but it definitely will help.
  2. Hairfinity is wonderful but it can be expensive. Pre-op you can take Bariatric Advantage, a chewable tablet you take twice a day so you don't have to buy all of those other vitamin concoctions. I like simplicity, if you can afford Hairfinity get it but Biotin at you local Vitamin Shop is just as good and make sure it's 10,000 units.
  3. Hello Everyone! I am new to this site but my surgery for the sleeve is tomorrow 2/8/2016. I look at is as my birthday and gift for a new life. I am extremely emotional ( nervous, scared, excited, etc.) and haven't slept in a week. All I've eaten all day is banana chips, chicken broth and clear liquids, not because I was given a special diet, I was just told to keep it light. My only concern is what is the level of pain I will endure? I don't ask people who have had the surgery about pain because everyone's tolerance is different. Well good luck to each and every one of you with an up-coming date. I'll keep you posted.
