So I am in the process of doing my supervised diet for the gastric sleeve but even if my insurance approves me I still have to pay 40% out of pocket, plus deductible plus who knows what else. So i am looking into getting it done in Mexico because it will still be alot cheaper, can anyone give me any advice and what there thoughts and experiences are with gastric sleeve in mexico. Unfortunately sometimes even people that love us like family still dont like change. So its possible that subconsciously they want you to stay overweight because they are used to it and that might be why you are getting the negative comments. But just stay positive and remember that you did the right thing for you and you will be much happier and healthier in the future. You wont even miss those big meals. Hi all, im new to this site, im going through my 3 month supervised diet right now and am hoping for a may/june surgery.
