Im just five days out of vsg surgery and i feel good so far thank God! Just a bit of a challenge getting all the liquid and protein in one day but i will get there lol

Im four days postop and other than feeling a bit bloated in my belly im doing just fine. Havent taken full doses of pain meds and been tolerating my protein liquids, feel very optimistic so far. Thank God!

God is with me! 6 days to surgery and havent been 100% with my preop liquid diet but i know i've lost some weight already. Overall feel good and very excited for the new me!

I got the news on may 10 and im pretty calm and peaceful right now since it will be in July. Got time to prepare and lose some weight before surgery. Any July sleevers?
