    I went to fill centers website and they are opening in Austin in Feb. Are you in the austin area? I an going to Tijuana and being banded on Feb. 18! I was looking for a group in the area to visit with. My support lives in Florida and she is doing great! she has had 2 fills in Florida at Fill Center usa which is who my doctor recommends!

    I am not banded yet but read in all of the books I have read that we should stay away from milk. Not milk products like yogurt,etc. but milk itself! Has anyone heard this?

    Hi, I am new to this forum and I think you should go the Obesity Control Center forum and register! I am being banded on Feb. 18 and I have found so much support for my choice and I am going to Tijuana to have mine! don't despair---find another group!!!
