    Hi I'm new - and in Charlotte. I don't have the band yet - but I'm really wanting to have it done. For you guys in the surrounding area - can you tell me how much it costs? Insurance wont cover mine but I have some $$ saved and really want to use it for this. Thank a bunch! Clementine

    I actually haven't had the surgery yet - I'm looking for some help - actually some advice on cost and what to expect. Insurance wont cover it for me. I'm 70Lbs overweight, 5'7" and otherwise in pretty good health. I just sold my home so I have some money. I've heard you can have this done in Canada cheaper - and in Mexico too but that worries me a little. What was your experience?
