Does anyone know the surgeon at Mt Careml Eat-Patricia Choban and has anyone had the band at Mt Carmel:blushing:?

im confused-do you have teh eval before you go to the dr for the referral or am I reaaly confused

so-should I call to make the appt for the evaluation or wait until I see the dr for the referral? How much have you lost and how much do you want to lose?

i know this is the right thing to do. It took me 1 year to come this far. I have gone to the seminar and called the insurance company. They do not require the diet for 6 months. I also have an appt witht the dr for the referral but I think I should call and make the evaluation appointment. so confused.

do you have any regrets?

HI, I am new to the site and am considering the lap band. I am going to OSU for the surgery, etc. Any advise would be appreciated.
