  1. thanks for the advice...it is truly helping
  2. Hi Snowbird...I just fininshed reading one of your postings and noticed that you were banded by the same surgeon as I. I was banded on 1/24/08. I am having a difficult time not thinking about food. Any suggestions? Also when did you go off of your liquid...and then on to what?
  3. Thanks for your reply. I know how you are feeling about the procedure. Take it from me, it was not as bad as I had built myself up to think. I wouldn't even say that it was painful. As I said though, I guess the thought of me not eating what I want when I want is the bummer. I've learned that it absolutely is a "mind thing" because I don't physically feel hungry at all. You will be just fine though..take it from someone who is a wuss when it comes to pain! Talk (type) to you soon!
  4. I was banded 3 days ago and all I can think about is food!!! What can I do to reduce the cravings?
