  1. I was banded in January and haven't had any drinking problems thus far. I don't drink beer or mixed drinks that require soda, but have had everything else. I drink a few each weekend. :thumbup:My most common drinks of choice - wine or mixed drinks w/fruit juice. So far it hasn't been a detriment to my weight loss, but if my weight loss slows, I'll back off, unless I'm on vacation!!
  2. I'm so sorry and thinking of you. I've had 3 early miscarriages...had one natural m/c, one d&c, and one that was "induced" with some pills inserted down there. My doctor said it was important to keep the uterus as pristine as possible, i.e., that a d&c probably wasn't my best option. It is a tough decision. The pills worked like a charm, though, and induced the m/c within a few hours. Then, I could get it over with.
  3. JillRn, Curious about which drug you used. I've done it all on the infertility roller coaster for over 4 years now, and I'm taking a break focusing on losing weight.
  4. I used Dr. St. Laurent and he's great. He has solid aftercare as well. So far, so good.
  5. I live in Fairfield (290 and Mason Rd). I'd be happy to meet sometime. I know there's a Starbucks at Jones/290, and there's one here at Spring Cypress/290. Do you know of any others that are halfway between us?
