  5. I have Federal BCBS standard, my bmi is currently at 35 with comorbidities of sleep apnea, hypertension and high cholesterol. My first appointment is Feb. 19th. My question is, within the past two years my bmi has fallen to less than 35, will I still be able to get approved for gastric sleeve surgery?
