Thanks for your post. Does the Tespo machine make a lot of noise? Also, how much liquid does it dispense at a time. In the video, it looks like maybe 2oz or so?

This was my #1 fear! Not surgery, not money, just the breathing tube! ha! I kept asking my surgeon, and the Physicians Asst and later, the anesthesiologist "will I feel it?" And she assured me that it would be out before I woke up, and it was! Good luck to you!

Maybe your calorie intake is too low? So your body is holding on to everything (starvation mode? ) Just a thought.

About 45 lbs for me!

Today is my first day of pre-op liquid only. Surgery date is 6-21. I already miss my fully caffeinated coffee! It's gonna be a long week.

My surgery is scheduled for June 21st!!
