I had PCOS for years and after I had lost some weight last year, I started getting my periods regularly. I stopped all Metformin a few months back and I was still regular. I was supposed to get my period the day of surgery 6/15/16, but thank fully I got it two days later while at home. I don't know if they will come back "on schedule" or due to the surgery trauma and such light eating, it will be delayed.
Hoping to have a red-less vaca in Sept!!
Hi Group,
I was wondering how soon after surgery were you all able to exercise? I have a bum knee that needs to be replaced, but it seems as though walking in the preferred method of exercise. I literally cannot walk for any extended period of time. I love doing Water aerobics and don't know how quickly I'll be able to get back in thew water. What has worked for you all?
I appreciate your feedback!
Have any of you all experienced weight loss during the 3-6 month "weight loss trial" phase? I'm finding it very hard to strictly adhere to this as I know, (in my mind), that my stomach is still it's regular size. I wonder if any one has lost so much weight during the 3-6 months that they didn't need the surgery anymore?
Please excuse my ramble, I'm new here and appreciate any feedback you can provide!
