Have ALL the Dec 2007 bandsters disappeared????
I'll admit I don't post as often as I should, but I'll come look around every once & awhile. I was banded 12/26/07 & was at my lowest this February at 140lb. My weight currently bounces from 143-140lb. I'd actually like to put on like 10lb so my port is less prevalent. It sticks out since I've had my tummy tuck 01/26/09. I have pictures in my photo album.

Before and After Lap Band Surgery - PICTURES ONLY
Before - 280lb After - 140lbs This is 1y 2m after being banded & 1m after my tummy-tuck. I really don't know what I did to lose so fast or else I would tell everyone! I feel like I just eat dramatically less. But I still eat the same sort of food as I did before. Minus all fast food. But yeah, I thought I'd share.

Expierience breast sag??
My boobs suck now. I don't really know what I could have done though. I'd much rather be healthy with silly saggy boobs then they way I was before.

Fills done by patient at home

Feeling better everyday! There is a picture of my new belly button in my album if you want to see.

Back pains unbearable!
It's a little better today. I don't go for another hour and a half. I'm thinking I slept wrong the other night. But I'll still let you know how things go when I get back. I think I'm going to ask for some muscle relaxers, just in case.

Back pains unbearable!
I know what you mean. So, I've been using a heating pad on my back & it feels better. Not like amazingly better, but I can actually turn & stuff. I guess I'll just keep with that until tomorrow. Thanks for talking with me. & good luck with your weight loss. You're already super cute!

Back pains unbearable!
She thinks I need to just wait it out. We don't really know what to do. She figures I'll be fine since I go to the Dr tomorrow.

Back pains unbearable!
When I call the office it goes to the answering machine & says if I have a life-threatening condition, go to the hospital. Otherwise wait until Monday. Now, I don't think this is life-threatening (even if I do feel like I'm dying). A hospital visit is a little more than I think is necessary. Do you think it really could be an infection?

before & during/after pictures
This tummy tuck is completely kicking my ass. I always thought I had a high threshold for pain, & I thought i was tough but shiiiiiit sometimes I think I'm dying. I already know that this is all more than worth it, though. I really did need something done with my tummy, but I didn't want to go all out with arms & thighs. Those people are inspirational. Either way, I'll post my before and after tummy tuck pictures once I get them from my doctor & take some new pictures. Don't let the pain scare you, Jane. If you think you need it & can afford it... DO IT! Buuut, I think it may be time for more pain meds haha.

Back pains unbearable!
I had a tummy tuck last Monday & only overnight did I really get some back pains. I woke up in tears because trying to turn or lean or even face a different direction is causing me horrible pain. A nurse at the hospital was the only person who said anything about back pain. Since its Sunday, there is like no Dr office open & I doubt they'd want to do anything with me in this condition anyway. What should I do about the pain? I took some more pain meds & my mom is getting me a heating pad. We tried ice at first but thought that was a bad idea. I go back to the Dr tomorrow to get the last two drains taken out so I guess I can ask him for muscle relaxers if I don't feel any better by tomorrow. Any advice as to what to do for the pain is very, VERY welcome!

I don't know how to cover my cooter. Sorry! This is five days post-op. I didn't take a picture all the way around but there's only about 5 inches they didn't cut. Ouch.

It's finally here.
I'm alive! But barely. My pain meds keep giving me the worst nausea, but they said they can't give me any nausea medicine sooo.... what can you do? I can't really take any pictures right now, I do have a couple but they aren't the best. I'll upload them later. But yes, I'm alive!
