  1. I am in the same boat and had my surgery at the exact same time. My friend had the surgery and is losing like crazy. We have different size pouches which also plays into it. I am struggling with the stall, but all the comments on here are so helpful. I know i am making progress and I will say--I feel good. Confused on what exactly I should be eating, but figuring it out as I go.
  2. I just joined this group because I am experiencing the same thing. I was like I am eating so little foods how can I not be losing weight. I am trying to embrace the stall, but when does it typically end. It is quite mind boggling. I have the 40 pouch if that makes a difference. Thanks so much!
