Glad I am not alone in this thought process....

Tomorrow is my first appointment to meet my doctor 1:1, since the first seminar I attended in December. I am nervous, but well prepared with a gazillion questions written down and I even made my own "Bari-Binder" to write in during this journey. I am hopefully I solidify the right procedure for me...which I believe is RNY, and that nothing new I hear will deter me from being discouraged from moving forward through this process. Hello Everyone, I am new to this site and I first want to thank everyone for their stories of struggle and inspiration. This is truly a very warm and welcoming community, so thank you from the "Newbie". ???? One of the (many) questions I have is about the gall bladder being removed during the bypass proceedure. I have gall stones so my surgeon would consider taking the gall bladder out along with the stones. I was wondering, after the Bypass is completed, does your body use the gall bladder anyway? Will it cause more issues if it's out? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, ForeverHealthy ????
