  1. Hello everyone, I was wondering if it was possible to lose some restriction after losing weight. I have a 14cc band and felt good restriction at 9cc for about two weeks. I did lose some weight, however I was wondering if the loss of good restriction had anything to do with the weight loss?
  2. Hello Everyone, Yesterday, I got a fill and was barely able to swallow Water and have a cup of food. Today, I feel less restriction and was able to eat a little more. Anybody else had this happen to them?
  3. Has anybody included crackers in the mushie food stage?
  4. Thank you all for your information. I spoke to my doctor and he recommended I stop drinking the protein shakes for a little while. It seems to have helped a little.
