  1. I have munched on protein shakes with frozen yogurt. No fruit yet. Buffalo chicken dip, cream soups, tuna salad
  2. I am at 3 as well and just saw dr. They told me to expect a stall as your body adjusts for awhile. She said just to ain't a in my 60 g protein and try to start maintaining no more than 60 carbs. She said that I need to focus 0n healing and that would require the body to stall in weight loss.
  3. I did....first few days are a little rough
  4. Had surgery on Dec 18th, have 60 -80lbs to go. So far this is doable. I'm on pureed which is not nearly as bad as I worried.

  6. I just had mine...it is normal to have anxiety. Surgery was easy...45 min laproscopic. The hard part is the routine after but it is doable.
  7. I found something in Krogers and Speedway called Rockin Refuel muscle builder...taste like c hocolste milk 9 carbs, 30 protein
  8. I am just one week post op but found an awesome product called refuel rebuilder...30 g protein. Tastes.just like milk, must be refrigerated
  9. Me too, I am pure country and we put sugar and butter in everything, so I am trying to change. Hubby brought home footlong and onion rings...I loved the smell but had to do the walk.
