  1. I think everyone's experience can be different but I did have some pain after my hiatal hernia repair. But my doctor said mine was one of the worst he had seen. Have some flexible ice packs ready at home. They help so so much. I lived with mine for a week after surgery.
  2. I had my surgery on 12/28/15. The incision that the doctor took my stomach out of is still hurting whenever I stand up. Once I am up I am ok but the process of getting up is painful and it burns. Anyone else have this problem?
