  1. Congrats! You must feel fantastic
  2. Jlvolkma 1/4 cup of cream of wheat made with almond milk or Greek vanilla yogurt (100 call) For breakfast Lunch & dinner - 1/2 cup of cream soup Premier proteins Day 15 - I can add eggs, cottage cheese, puréed chicken & veggies
  3. jeepgrl That is great. I had my surgery on the 10th and have only lost about 6lb. A bit discouraging.
  4. Wish you LUCK (not lick)
  5. Wish you lick. It is very exciting. I had my last week on the 10th. Finished my 12 classes, two weeks later met with surgeon, he had A cancellation for the next week, so I didn't have time to get scared or nervous.
  6. I am so happy to see this topic. I too, only told a few that I was having surgery. I don't feel everyone needs to know. I mostly do not want to here any negative comments. I think it is going to be very difficult not telling the truth on how I lost weight so quickly. I don't like people talking behind my back. I did it mainly for health reasons, but of course for looks too. My husband feels I should tell them that my doctor recommended it for many different health reasons and leave it at that. I had the sleeve done on 12/10 so I am a newbie.. Struggling on to tell or not to tell...
  7. I was told to take probiotics to help with the gas
  8. I had my surgery on the 10th too. How are you feeling?
  9. I was sleeved on 12/10 too. I also had hiatal hernia surgery that I didn't know I had. My doctor used glue for the incisions and I was able to shower by day 3. I am finding it very difficult to get both the 60g of protein and 64 ounces of water down per day. These gas pains are tough to get through but I just can't wait for another day to see if it gets better. Try to take one day at a time. Today is day five and I was able to have some cream of wheat for breakfast and some cream soup for lunch. It tasted really good but I am not been hungry at all for this whole process. I attended a 12 week course prior to the surgery and started losing weight. I believe I had shrunk my stomach prior to the surgery which really helped with and cravings
  10. You look great Just had my surgery on the 10th. Looking forward to drop about another 75lbs.
