    Hi Everyone, My VGS surgery is scheduled for 12/28. I have been so focused getting through all of the steps to get to this point, that I haven't had time to be nervous. Now that I am in a waiting phase... I am getting a bit scared to do this. I need to start my liquid diet on 12/23, and I am afraid I won't be able to stick with it over Christmas. Also - very concerned about failing to lose weight AGAIN. Can anyone help me with tips and tricks for not driving myself crazy before the surgery?!? Thanks!
