  16. Hi Sarah, SW: 255.2 GW: 229.8 Let's see what I can do!
  17. Thank you for doing this Sarah! I'm in. I'll post on Monday.
  18. Look at those skinny legs!!! Awesome! Congrats on your progress!
  19. I recently got a Ninja and it really is fabulous! Would highly recommend.
  20. I had this too. I researched something called "foamies" or slimies. I knoe, sounds weird. I had to slow down my drinking and kept it very basic with what I was drinking. It dissipated on its own, but there's tons out there in the boards regarding it and even a YouTube video. I hope it stops soon - it's no fun!
  21. I found that I do like unjury, but it is expensive! I tried one RTD brand, EAS Advantage and that was okay - not my favorite. Also, I hear Premier is good and you can buy at Wal-Mart and costco. I have yet to try that brand as they are always out when I go. But, yeah, to echo everyone else, it is trial and error and totally preference.
  22. I really didn't need much in the hospital - they provided it all from chapstick to toothpaste and toothbrush - it was pretty incredible! I would make sure you bring some easy slip on shoes for the walking the halls. I did not need a change of clothes, just wore what I went in with. You'll be asleep most of the time anyway. Good luck!
  23. You probably don't need an ice cream mixer for that recipe. With that recipe you probably just blend/process the yogurt with the protein powder and freeze. I'm sure it will taste great!
  24. This. It's hard to fathom "cravings" since Day 1 after surgery. I'm so you're struggling, but like others have said it's more than likely head hunger or you're seeking solace in behaviors, tastes and sensations that used to comfort you. Hold tight and remember the end goal - weight loss and a healthy body! Already you're trying to rationalize bad behaviors. Don't give in.
