  5. The hardest lesson I learned during my 12 months journey that I am stronger than anything, and my will has no limitations. I lost 92 Ibs I am now 158 pounds I was never that skinny ever in my whole life. I feel younger, healthier, funnier and even smarter. The surgery didn't change my eating habits only it changed the way I even look at food. I don't enjoy eating or find comfort while eating as I used to. I am so grateful for the opportunity that I had to find the best in me and I am so thankful to my husband to pushed me to get gastric sleeve surgery that changed my entire life up side down. ❤️????❤️
  6. That's normal for the first 3 weeks after surgery once u star rating soft food u will feel better but don't never eat any soft food now otherwise u will have serious complications
  7. After a year u will realize that this is the best thing happens to u in life...

Everything will be alright in the end. I am down 92 pounds now never experienced any common complications or any leaks. Good luck and if anyone needed help Sleevers are here ????
  11. That's s very good rate indeed comparable to other clinics very good
  12. Good luck and speedy recovery... You will be fine ????
  13. Actually today is my 1st sleeve anniversary I know Both Dr Thomas and Dr Nick very well. Dr Nick did my conversion from lap band to sleeve and I definitely recommend him a lot. I was 250 pounds now I am 158, I feel better healthier brighter and of course younger I am only 28 but I used to feel like 45 all the time before I had my procedure. Good luck and if u need anything let me know.
  14. Don't worry you gonna be fine, today is my 1st sleeve anniversary I went through same procedure I had lap band for almost 3 years lost some little weight in the beginning then after couple of months nothing I was only gaining weight over the years until I decided to remove this horrible bottom I put in my stomach I converted to sleeve I was 250 pounds now I am 158 after 1 year. I feel like a new person now and u will feel the same trust me but major key for success that U MUST COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTH, that's my only advise to u so ur body heals perfectly. If u committed to the program u will see magic results. Good luck and happy sleeve ????
  15. Hey Sleevers ???? Today is my surgery first anniversary I began this journey at 250 lbs now I am 158 Ibs I am super happy to the extent that I don't even believe myself. Dr Nick Nicholson did my surgery at Plano, TX but the procedure took place at Dallas. Never experienced any common complications or leaks. Besides I had a lap band for almost 3 years lost nothing, on the contrary I was gaining weight but Dr Nick did me a conversion from band to sleeve and here I am down 92 pounds in 1 year. Never thought I will be that skinny ever ever ever. I wish everyone else have the same feeling ????????????
