my date is 12/30. I have no doubts what so ever. A bit of nerves tho. I had 4 major surgeries in 2014 - never elective. I am cleaning house - getting everything in place!! Its like pregnant nesting!!It has been over 30 years since I had a pregnant nesting!!! Guess I will see what that is like again! I am having surgery for the VSG on 1/19/16 and am so excited. I also am having a bit of nerves but I have no doubts as to getting the surgery. My best to you for your surgery on the 30th, Cherri and yours, Taylor on the 14th of Jan. Thank you!! And the best of everything to you....I haven't nested for 34yrs. Now it is our turn...boy that seems weirdly wonderful!!

The time is closing in fast#!! Christmas was great - didnt over do it. I just missed my family in NC. Now I can clean house/water plants/gather books and crocheting. Come on 12/30!!!

I received a journal for Christmas to keep my trip documented. I didnt think of pictures to add!! I have been writting about my apprehentions in it along with my excitement. It will be wonferful to check next Christmas!! My date is 12/30!!!

I am having hernia repair also. I had to have an ostomy for about 6 months and now I have an incisional hernia. Will you have to have an incision for repair?

It is crazy how far out they are scheduled. My date is 12/30 - I have known for 6 weeks - and now it is only 6 days away!! Yippee

I am a southern girl thru and thru. Hope it pays well to stand -50* !!!! Lol Words to remember about a tool. I have heard some negative about taking the easy way out. I dont see how having most of my stomach removed and eating a tablespoon of food at a time is easy. My go to food right now is peanut butter on rice cakes..... bye bye!!
