  1. Hello everyone, I too now can call myself a new bandster. I was banded on 11/20/07, I just had my 1st fill on 1/4/08 and not any restricion as of yet. only had 2.5cc added to my 9cc band. after reading alot of these messages sent by everyone i feel so much better. Gosh forbid i get any education pertianing to my "realize" band from the facility i got it from, it is sad that I have to go to this site to get my education. It has been hard for me so far. I have lost 23lbs and at a stand still. I know it is because I can eat normally. I do try to eat small and I do but my choices may not be the best at times. I excerise regularly that is the only thing that is keeping me going I believe any suggestions Lisa 239/216/155
  2. Hello, oh my goodness we are related I think, it is weird i had my surgery on 11/20/07, starting weight 239 and now 216, 23# lost now. yeah I guess, I think I should be loosing more, I am at a huge stand still. I know just what you are saying about the constipation, I had the same problem and still do, straining is my middle name right now. My biggest problem though now is the weight is not coming off like it should, I know it is because I can eat normal now, I had my first fill on 1/4/08 2cc and I absolutely do not feel like I have any restriction. have you had your fill yet?
