  5. I'm two weeks post op today . I started back to work monday( I don't know if that has any thing to do with it or if it's the timeline) well when I wake up I immediately take a shower and when I get out I feel super nauseous and my heart races and I'm losing my breath. Now it goes away after my drive to work which is almost an hour ... I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this or knew what was causing it because it's super uncomfortable . Thanks!
  6. Hi! Sleeves 3/30 I had my first one within 3 days of being home and my second today (since we're doing tmi lol;) ) and mine are actually normal. No diarrhea so I think it may be normal to be more on the constipated side especially if you've been faithful in taking your pain meds. I know I was . Low pain tolerance here . Maybe just give it time .. Unless you're hurting ? Then I would call your dr. Best of luck
  7. I haven't gotten to it yet because I was sleeved 3/30 but our program says get your 64's so 64oz water and 64gram protein
  8. Thanks:) I had completely forgotten about canned chicken and tuna!

  12. I couldn't take mine 2 weeks prior to surgery and can't go back on them until I finish my blood thinners which is a 30 day supply. Sleeved 3/30.
  13. Hello! A new sleever here too. 3/30. 26. A bama girl . I've just started full liquids again and I'm already going insane wanting food but I know it's just a mind game because I'm not feeling hunger at all. I love your attitude and hope to hear from you again in the future
  14. Having a problem getting my liquids in which sucks but pretty good other than some bad gas
  15. I haven't done this because I'm not craving it but a woman I know who has wls use to take pickle chips and just suck all the juice out of them .. Might be an idea for some salt?
  16. How do I stop swallowing air?
  17. Yes thanks . They said it was normal as long as it didn't continue to do that . And it's completely dried and scabbed now .
  18. I'm sorry I had surgery 3/30 and haven't gotten nausea at all. But are taking b-1? That's something my doctor has all their patients take .. Just until the bottle runs out as long as we're not feeling sick anymore . And also did they not prescribe you anything for nausea ?

  20. I was on clear for 5 days just started back to full liquids yesterday but the only thing I added back was protein shakes . I have no desire for anything else
  21. Okay sleeved 3/30... And I'm still having problems with gas . It keeps wanting to come up (belching) and it hurts whenever it happens ... I'm just curious any ideas on things I can change with drinking or eating to help it
