  1. Next week is four weeks. I am going to try meat. Shrimp or maybe salmon and veggies (zucchini or spinach) to start... I don't feel full with these soups but I eat about 4oz then just stop. Get about 45g of protein. My problem is the time before and after eating of no wAter it's hard to get it all in. Nervous about actually eating! Especially since I don't feel full. 4 weeks out anyone tried salad? What about crackers with tuna?

  4. I'm fresh out of surgery as well. November 19th, 2015. That was six days ago. I'm not hungry but I would love to eat something. That's the struggle for me. Just a grilled cheese sandwich! Arrrrggghhh I'm having serious regrets! Also I'm not in extreme pain....but this gas is killing me. Staples come out on Friday. (Next Friday) I'm ready for soup. Broth is making me nauseous!
