  2. 65 grams of protein a day start weight was 275 lbs. surgery weight was 260 lbs. weight now 240 lbs. drink lots of water get all my proteins in food wise I measure everything I am just a slow loser. I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing I have always had a hard time losing weight I'm not giving up I'm just done with the scale I haven't weight myself for about three weeks. Not giving up my program. I do have faith that the weight will come off its just so frustrating sometimes that's why I say I'm done!! I'll be alright I know this.
  3. Yes I am tracking my food I excercise everyday except for Sunday's I go to church only drinking protein drinks protein food and lots of water so like I said I'm DONE!!

  7. Sleeved April 21 and have only lost 19 lbs I'm following the program taking all my vitamins all My protein intake I'm done
  8. I'm 9 weeks out and have only lost 19 lbs I'm walking everyday 4 miles and still it's a stall
  9. I'm with you on the stall 9 weeks and my total weight loss is 19 lbs
  10. The same thing happen to me I was so hungry but I knew I couldn't eat it will pass I was like that for two whole weeks

  13. I have experienced to eat food now with no bread no tortilla I'm Hispanic and ate everything with tortilla. I love bread but have learned food taste better without the carbs. As you get more into learning your stomach intake it gets easier and now I find myself not caring or even wanting the breads or tortilla. Burgers were my favorite before. I'm still wanting things I can't eat but I make the best of it by making better choices. It does get easier day by day.

  21. Thank you everybody for your comments this helps tremendously. I feel like I'm where I'm suppose to be. I love all this support, you all are great I can get through this with all of you in my life again a big thank you!!!
  22. 15lbs down in 6 weeks your doing real good and I was sleeved before you 4/21.
  23. I'm 6 weeks post this Thursday sleeved 4/21 how much should my calorie intake be per day? Right now it's about 800 to 1000 is that normal? This is including my proteins.
