Unjury chocolate splendor mixed with skim plus and half of banana and a few ice cubes has been great and getting me through ..I am three weeks post op and the first two weeks I thought I wasn't going to be able to do this ...the protein shakes had me stressed but everyday everything gets alittle better hang in there!

  4. I had my surgery almost two weeks ago and the hardest part was the first week after the surgery but it does get better! The first week you can be emotional too but in the long run it will be the best thing you can do for yourself
  5. I had my surgery 8 am this morning and I feel great minimal gas and nausea (I walked the floor many times)let's see what liquids do to me tomorrow
  6. Thank you...I will do!! I was also told to buy mylicon for the gas from my nutritionist I hope it can't be any worse than having a c section ????
  7. I'm 33 and having my surgery tomorrow 11/18...excited yet nervous
