  1. I was having this issue pre surgery and end up having to be admitted to the hospital because I had muscle inflammation. I was not dehydrated or anything like that. Now 3 months post op i haven't experienced it much and im taking supplements that target muscle and nerves. Sent from my SM-G925P using the BariatricPal App
  2. My restrictions were lifted after 6 weeks post op

  7. I'm approaching my 4 week post op as well and I can relate to a lot of the things listed. I really need to improve on my walking. My surgeon released me from all physical restrictions at 6 weeks, so I'm looking forward to joining a gym and maybe even getting a personal trainer. How much progress(weight loss) have you made so far? Good Luck to you!

  11. I also had my surgery on February 10th. Back at home now. I'm not in much pain but excited to get this journey started
