  1. The hugs are awsome! It just hit me harder than expected when I realized I was walking with her and bending over to help her pick up the leaves. Its those little things I didn't realize I missed. So today I increased my walk and just dod 1.5 miles. Granted it took me 37 minutes but I did it!
  2. Yesterday I went for a 1 mile walk. Then a few hours later I took my 2 year old niece for about a 1/4 mile walk around our subdivision to look at lights. She was waving and blowing kisses to all the blow up characters. When I got home I cried. 3 months ago I never would have entertained doing something like this because I would have been so tired and wouldn't have had the energy. Last night have me more motivation to keep pushing forward because that simple walk told me if I don't succeed I am going to be missing out on a lot of awsome things. We have a littlw ice cream parlor that is only open during summer and I need to get ready to take my baby girl for walks ao she can get her ice cream cones this summer
