  2. I have the forerunner 230 and a separate heart strap. I wear it all day long since it gives smart phone and only wear the heart strap if exercising. I have Garmin Connect, my fitness pal and map my fitness apps all interconnected. I love it and helps me to keep track of everything.
  3. Did weightlifting help with batwings?
  4. Thanks for the responses, I'll call the doc when they open. So far though I don't feel any pain at all. Hopefully I dodged a bullet!!
  5. HELP Just returned to work today and when I came home, without thinking I lifted my 3 year old (about 30lbs) about a foot off the ground for a second. I really am panicking right now. I feel something in my stomach but it could be just in my head or the cold Water I just had. Did I damage something?
