Springallyear

I have kept off 100+ pound weight loss for more than 15 years and had over 5 pounds of skin removed 6 years ago as a result of all the weight loss and three pregnancies.   I lost the weight without surgery but could never really get below 190-200 pounds.  Then, I 38 and my weight start going up and now at 48, I gained back 20-30 pounds over 4 years. I know most of this was age and hormone related but I am tired of the lifelong struggle and ready for a more permanent soluton.
