  2. I had my surgeory in 2013 and at that time doctor's suggest me to for slow walk. After 1 year in 2014 doctor's told me to join gym and now I am strong with a proper diet and exercise and now I can do everything like running, swimming, cycling everything.   4. Do not take caffeine otherwise the problem of yours will increase and drink water as possible. This will help to reduce the caffiene from your body.
