    Hi Ari I will have to try it when I am there. Right now I am Clear liquids. I will say I haven't really liked the isopure drinks. But this sounds like a good mix Thanks for sharing

    Congrats on your successful surgery. I am recently out to, and yes, I sip sip sip But each day seems to get better I found walking helped me feel better in general. I am walking about 20 min every 2 hours asked it helped my shoulder pain armed headache Good luck and congrats again
