  1. I wonder if I need a few more calories as I only take in about 450 day. I see the nutritionist next week and hopefully she can help me figure this out. My Doctor said sometimes the weight loss can be slow up to 3 months out. He said that I will plateau for a week or two then drop 5 pounds in a day and that it is not necessarily a steady decline.
  2. I had RNY on 11/9 and today was my first post op visit. I've only lost 1.9 pounds! I have done everything I can (exercise, protein intake, water) and this is what I get? The Doctor isn't concerned but it's disheartening to see such a small number considering all that I've given up. Very discouraged right now.
  3. My surgery is the 9th and I'm on day 3 of the pre-op diet. I choke down 3 shakes and 1 Ketogenics bar per day. I hate this phase but I know it's what I has to happen for a successful procedure!
  4. Raleigh is too far but good luck!
