    My date is November 10. I'm so excited. I can't wait to be on the other side of this! I have my pre op appointments tomorrow, and so far haven't been given a pre op diet. He told me not to gain any weight, but that's all. My brain is in weight loss mode, so I'm doing Protein shakes for Breakfast, a 300 calorie lunch and a 300 calorie dinner, at least for now. Even with that, I've only lost 1 1/2 pounds in 4 days. Does anyone know why I wasn't given a pre surgery diet?
