I'm healing good! Just getting to full liquids so I'm enjoying more than jello, lol! Glad to see you are doing so well. First fill, true restriction has got to be exciting!

I know what you mean about the jello. I finally had blended up clam chowder today and thought it was the best thing i'd ever put in my mouth! I'm about like you, eating every 4 hours and drinking in between. Congrats on the 21lbs! Keep it up!

I'm doing great! The gas pain wasnt to bad! I didnt feel it in my shoulders, it was more in my back. It was off and on for a few days. I'm actually going back to work tomorrow so we will see how I feel then, lol!

Hey Nikki, just wanted to let you know that everything went great! I'm down about 20lbs from pre-op diet to now. A little tired of the pudding, pops, and protein shakes, but its worth it. Can't wait til I can have some soup in a couple days!

Hey girl! How are things going with you? You should be close to eating regular food now! Lucky you! The puddings and protien drinks are getting old.

I've had surgery several times be4 this so I was prepaired for the pain. The crazy part is the others were worse than this. Depending on what my bum looks like after all the weight is lost I might seriously be looking for a doc. How is your diet going so far? Getting hungry yet?

hey girl, i'm just getting back from Denver today. so far i'm down 17lbs but thats pre-op diet up to today. I'm a little sore but other than that everything is good! Can't believe it's finally done!

Soror, it was good to hear from you! Starting an Atl group is a good idea. Someone else mentioned it about a week ago. Congrats on your sugery date. What kind of pre-op diet will your doc have you on?
