  1. I use Nectar Unflavored protein powder found on Amazon. I use two scoops to get the right amount of protein for me.
  2. Hi All. I had surgery on 10/14. I'd love to be added to the Facebook group!
  3. I have the same fears. I was sleeved on 10/14 and am hoping that being young is going to help my skin bounce back (I'm 26). I have been overweight my whole life though, so we'll see what happens. I'm trying to focus on my HEALTH, and not necessarily on how I will look after. It's more about how you feel ????. Also, I'm determined to be with someone who loves me for me, regardless of how I look. I just started dating someone one week before surgery, so we'll see if he sticks around throughout this process lol
  4. This is so inspiring! I have a quick question (sorry, perhaps I missed the part where you mentioned this) but what excerise plan do you follow?
  5. I also had surgery on 10/14 and am very interested in th the sleeve and it's effects on PCOS symptoms. I've lost about 10 pounds which I think is a good amount of weight in less than a week, but I haven't done the research to determine if that number is average one week post op. Dr's took me off metformin one day before surgery, which I was fine with until I remembered that metformin really controlled and regulated my periods. So I am going to inquire about going back on at a lower dosage so that I can continue to regulate my periods. My pre metformin periods were NOT FUN lol.
