  1. That isn't normal. First, at 3 weeks out, according to my surgeon and NUT, you should be only on puréed food so not Lean Cuisines. Also your pouch is only supposed to hold 2-4oz of food for a meal. Something is definitely not right. Please talk to someone right away.
  2. According to my surgeon, it used to be regular practice to take out the gallbladder, but now they found that not as many people have problems with gallstones as originally thought. I may have mine removed. It is the current plan as long as there are no complications. This is due to the fact that I already have gallstones.
  3. My liver reduction diet starts Tuesday so two weeks before surgery. I have my pre-op appointments tomorrow. You?
  4. Cheektowaga, NY (just outside Buffalo) at St. Joseph's Hospital with Dr. Rutkoski.
  5. I heard from a YouTube video that the broth tastes better if you cook actual chicken noodle soup and then strain out the broth.
  6. Bariatric Fusion is the only product my doctor recommends because it has everything you need and was actually developed by someone who knows bariatric surgery. I like the shakes so far. I have tried the vitamins and they aren't bad either.
  7. I just have the liver reduction diet for two weeks before so I start that on 11/10.
  8. My surgery is 11/24/15. I am having the gastric by pass.
  9. My gastric by pass surgery is scheduled for 11/24/15. I am nervous and excited. I am ready to start a new chapter.
  10. I am interested in support. I am scheduled for my gastric by pass surgery on 11/24/15. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I know this is going to be a new chapter in my life and I am ready. Changes are also scary.
